Kevin grew up in a Christian home and accepted Jesus Christ as his savior while still a young child. Following a passion for Legos and Erector sets he went to college and earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduating, Kevin held various engineering and project management positions for an agriculture company while living in Illinois, Nebraska and Iowa.
In late 2012 a change into the oil and gas industry brought Kevin down to Texas. After scouring the internet to find a new church, Kevin gave Southlake Baptist a try and was immediately welcomed by a friendly family of believers and he has been involved with the church ever since. Over the years Kevin’s heart to serve has manifested itself in several ways, by humbly helping out with the Audio/Visual team to eventually leading a Home Group.
Kevin is currently serving as an elder at Southlake Baptist. You can also catch him helping out on the Welcome Team and Men’s ministry events or teaching Bible lessons in the children’s ministry.
