Mark and Kathy Skaggs live in a suburb of Baton Rouge, LA. During the recent floods, most of their possessions, including their car, were ruined. FEMA has offered them $19,000, a fraction of the cost to replace all that they have lost.
The Skaggs have faithfully served the Lord through their local church for many years – Mark as a Deacon and Kathy as a church secretary. We now have the opportunity to be a blessing to them by donating much-needed finances to help them replace their damaged appliances, sheet rock, windows, doors, etc., plus purchase a car.
