The teen years mark a key transitional stage in life. The move from childhood to adulthood is an upheaval, but God uses these times of change to bring about great growth. That’s why the Student Ministries staff comes alongside the parents during this time of life. Together we work to help young men and women know God intimately, read His Word accurately, share and defend their faith, serve others, and develop deep relationships. Our student ministry exists to reach students for Jesus Christ and connect them through meaningful relationships. We seek to grow students who honor God with their lives and serve others out of a passion for Him.

Southlake Baptist Student Ministry gathers weekly on Sunday Morning at 9:15 AM. We’re dedicated to providing a place for students (7th -12th grade) to take a journey with God, connect with other students, and learn from older committed leaders that are dedicated to seeing students grow closer to Christ.

Sunday Mornings 9:15 AM, Student Center

Al and Tammy Riera and a group of volunteers are teaching the Student Study Class which meets in the Student Center. This class focuses on developing relationships that will be an encouragement and help throughout the High School years. Studies and lessons will be focused on equipping young people to be able to answer some of life’s biggest questions while deepening and strengthening the life they are enabled to live through the power of Christ.
